It contain two active substances called losartan and amlodipine. Both of these substances help to control high blood pressure. It is a calcium channel blocker that dilates (widens) blood vessels and improves blood flow. It is used to treat chest pain (angina) and other conditions caused by coronary artery disease and also used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension).
